The Former Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ketu South, Mr Elliot Edem Agbenorwu has appealed to indigenes of Ketu South to vote massively for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the upcoming general election for unprecedented development in the municipality.
He said the current NPP government had undertaken a lot of programmes and policies including the Free Senior High School, the 1DF factory and Chip Compound with Nurses Quarters all at Akame, Roads in the municipality like Denu-Swanzy, Abelliakorpe, Wotsige, Duleasame-Rainbow, Tokor Assembly, part of Klikor and Agbozume, the Market Store Rooms in Aflao Market, Denu Market, Agbozume, the completing of 90% of project left to be rooting by NDC MCEs in the Municipallty, the Chips Compounds and most projects in Educational facilities hoped to enhance academic work, the police post at Aflao boarder. the newly built Circuit Court in Tokor and Magistrate Court at Nogokpo
the municipal Fire Service Head blocks, Divisional Police Head-Office and Charge Office at Tokor.
The ongoing of Over 100 Agavedzi, Salakope, Amutinu Ghana Gas Housing project, efforts by NPP Government through MCE Maxwell Lugudor, comprises of two-bedroom unit each, having a place for school, a place for CHP Compound. All this is to find concrete resettlement solution to the annual victims of tidal waves disaster in Ketu South Municipality of the Volta Region.
A water project to serve about 13 communities that include Kubakope, Hatsukope, Laklevikope, Aletame, and Dakar all that had been grappling with potable water for about eight years in the Viepe-Tokor Electoral Area in the Ketu South Municipality that took off in May 2021
